Ingredients
- 4 cups brussels sprouts (halved)
- 1/2lb mushrooms
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- salt (add to taste)
- pepper (add to taste)
- fresh lemon juice (add to taste)
Directions
| 1. | Cook Brussels sprouts in a pot of lightly salted boiling water for about 15 minutes. |
| 2. | Strain through a colander and remove as much water as possible. Then set aside. |
| 3. | Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. |
| 4. | Cook and stir mushrooms until lightly browned. |
| 5. | Toss Brussels sprouts with mushrooms, and sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice. |
| 6. | Serve immediately. |
