Brussel Sprouts with Ham recipe for making a main dish. Easy to follow recipe steps and enjoy this wonderful main dish with Ham and Brussels Sprout.

Ingredients

  • 20 brussels sprouts (halved)
  • 1 cup ham (small cubes)
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 3 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut (drained)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Clove garline (crushed)
  • 2 teaspoons basil (dried)
  • Add to tasteblack pepper (ground)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon bread crumbs

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Toss together the Brussels sprouts, ham, mushrooms, green onion, Parmesan cheese and sauerkraut in a large bowl.
3. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, and pepper; mix gently until coated.
4. Pour this mixture into a 2 quart baking dish and then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
5. Bake in preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes.
