Ingredients
- 20 brussels sprouts (halved)
- 1 cup ham (small cubes)
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 3 green onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut (drained)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 Clove garline (crushed)
- 2 teaspoons basil (dried)
- Add to tasteblack pepper (ground)
- 1 heaped tablespoon bread crumbs
Directions
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). |
| 2. | Toss together the Brussels sprouts, ham, mushrooms, green onion, Parmesan cheese and sauerkraut in a large bowl. |
| 3. | Add the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, and pepper; mix gently until coated. |
| 4. | Pour this mixture into a 2 quart baking dish and then sprinkle with bread crumbs. |
| 5. | Bake in preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes. |
